Having never sold a property before, I was a little unsure of the process and how to go about it. Luckily, one of the agents I contacted was Kaytons, and from the outset I was impressed at their professionalism.
After filling in the online valuation request, I was contacted the next day by Paul, who I subsequently dealt with throughout the process. I felt Paul's valuation of my property and knowledge of the area was spot on, and unlike other agents I dealt with (both from national chains), I didn't feel any sort of pressure, with no sales pitching - just a straightforward conversation and valuation. Additionally, despite the fixed fee being considerably lower than the other agents, the service I received felt just as good which was borne out by receiving asking price just over a week after the property went on the market.
All conversations with Paul or his colleagues were professional, with emails and calls returned quickly.
All in all it made for a stress-free sale, which felt like it was in safe hands from the outset. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kaytons to anyone.
