I'm an estate agent myself and worked for a nearby agency at the time I instructed Natasha at Pedder to sell my flat. My reasons for instructing someone else and not handling the sale myself we're due to Natasha's enthusiasm towards my property, coupled with the success of her office in the area. From start to finish Natasha and her team, including Kristy, Ben and Yvonne, were very professional, friendly and honest. My sale took longer than expected (due to a very pedantic buyers solicitor) but the team were always on hand to help and give advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have been very happy with the service provided!
