We rented with Northwood for just over 18 months and the level of service provided was superb. From the first viewing and up until our recent exit Northwood ( Jonathan,Rob & Harriet were our main points of contact) were extremely helpful, courteous and proactive.
We had two minor maintenance issues, with a vacuum and freezer, in our time and these were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the team. I couldn't have asked for better service if i tried!
I would highly recommend Northwood to anybody in the Worcester area.

All tenants are expected to look after a property in accordance with the terms of their tenancy contract and to hand it back at the end of their tenancy in the condition they received it in, subject to fair wear and tear. The vast majority of tenants do just this but unfortunately some don’t.
