As landlords, we have worked with Martin&Co Aberdeen for over 10 years . Overall we are very happy with their services. They are quick and efficient in conducting check-ins, check-outs, background checks and dealing with tenant issues as well as helping us ensure that the properties are kept to a good standard of repair. Of course property management has it's challenges and it is important to maintain regular and fluid communication with any agent to ensure the landlord expectations are met and to stay aligned. When one of our properties had been lying empty for a while, we reached out to M&co and worked with them to get the property let by improving the listing, making changes in the property and readjusting the rental price. The agent dealing with the property was very helpful and quick to implement the changes but we felt that M&co could have been more proactive in flagging the issues to us in the first instance. However, the Martin&Co Aberdeen staff are all very friendly and are quick to address our concerns when we reach out to them. All in all we are still very happy with Martin & Co Aberdeen after 10 years.
