I have been extremely impressed to date with Pedder who are handling the sale of our house.
David was the most informed of all the estate agents I had round to value the property, which gave me full confidence in him and his team to market and sell the property for us. And rightly so as they secured a sale within a week of it going live.
I have been extremely impressed with Jake who’s communication was excellent in booking the viewings and was amazing in negotiating the offers we received. He kept me very well informed, providing invaluable advice and all the support we needed to guide us through our first house sale.
I would highly recommend Pedder.
