Wanting to go travelling I needed to rent out my property. The service, speed and efficiency I received from Alexander at Pedder was exemplary. Having left it to the last minute, I contacted Pedder (amongst other agencies) and they were the ones that promptly responded and had a client caring attitude. Alexander came around to my property, very informative on the ins and outs of renting out a property for a first timer like me. Wasn’t the pushy sales person that you come to expect from agents, he came across so professionally and personable. I felt happy to entrust my beloved first time flat with him. He got on the case immediately, and within the first week had numerous viewings and and offer for the full asking price. So efficient and helpful. I could ask him any queries I had. I had been dreading the experience, which is partly why I left it so last minute, however Alexander proved me wrong and handled everything. I have also chosen fully managed and Nyomi is communicative when needed, efficient and professional. I am delighted with the whole process and very impressed with Alexander. Thank you.
