We recently used JNP Stokenchurch for our house sale, chosen between three agents, and are very pleased with the outcome. The sales market was suffering and it seemed at times there would be no end but by persistence and good marketing the goal was achieved.
I don’t like singling individual people out as I believe the team worked cohesively and effectively in a very profession manner, having said, John always offered very detailed and informative feedback following viewings, as did Simon who was the main point of contact throughout. Simon had a very sensible and realistic approach and ensured good communication at every stage. Tim impressed from his initial sales presentation and experience and I would say benefitted us greatly at the negotiating stage of offers. He also went over and beyond acting as a representative for us with our seller of the onward property who had engaged an online estate agency, which proved if you pay peanuts you only get monkeys.
Finally I would not hesitate to recommend, with my experience, this branch of JNP to anyone thinking of marketing in the area.

We have used JNP for the purchase of our first home, the sale of that home and the purchase of our second home. JNP know there homes, they know their clientele and are extremely reassuring in what can be a stressful time when moving house.
