I have marketed my property with F&C over the last year. I made it clear my choice was to either achieve the valuation price that i had carried out that was red book or i would carry out improvements to the property and extend. I used the Lincoln branch. I also made it clear that i only wanted clients that had confirmed funds, MiP or were in a chain under offer. I have an interesting pro property and despite my instructions people were being brought around who weren’t in a position to offer but only interested to view. I knew this as I haev CCTV and someone recognised one of the viewers when he was looking around literally tire kicking. I carried out some improvements and told F&C that they either had to increase the price or remove it from the market. The agreed but in fact left it on but not at the price i stipulated saying they would create competition and get clients bidding against each other. As it’s unique no two clients aligned so i asked them to remove it. I later found out after they called with a viewing and it was still on. I don’t know if they are trying to bolster their books but they have been told again to remove it today telling me the person i spoke to last time about removal hadn’t passed the instructions to the management team. I am not surprised as their communications are appalling and i have previously received apologies when viewing were changed and they forgot to inform me. I have now discussed with my solicitor if they don’t rectify by the end of the week they
