Appalling customer service, lack of communication and completely disorganised. Tenancy renewal meant to be handled by head office but local office have no information and we are still waiting for our renewal after pressing them for past month! Have just received an email from local office asking whether we are going to renew and if not landlord wants to re-market- it's like banging your head against a brick wall whilst simultaneously trying to get blood out of a stone.....not impressed. Property was in poor state and it took 4 weeks for a plumber to come out to fix leaking toilets and no cold water coming into the bath taps - our water bill for 2 months was more than we paid for 10 months in our last house.

Although their fees seemed quite a bit higher than other letting agents they did price match for me as the property was being marketed by two companies. Having said that, the service was excellent so perhaps you get what you lay for!
