Very disappointing experience with Sale branch in selling my home. They were disorganised - cancelling their own viewings last minute because they were short-staffed, not providing feedback on viewings and not letting me know when potential viewers had cancelled appointments. They were not proactive in any way and were unable to provide any constructive advice when asked to review the reasons for the slow progress of the house sale. I have changed agents and it is like night and day, with the new one being everything Bridgfords is not!
