We took on the services of Stu & Warren to help sell our house in January 2012 and I must say what an excellent move it proved to be - within 2 months we had received and accepted an offer higher than we had anticipated, completing just 4 weeks later. We received consistently friendly help and advice and they were in no way pushy to agree to things we weren't comfortable with( which was a welcome change!).
Even though we were located some 18 miles from them at the other side of Manchester, we used Warrens because they came highly so recommended from a friend, and the distance proved not to be an issue; The first viewing came in within 3 days and they continued to come on a weekly basis until we had accepted an offer.
I would strongly recommend Stu and Warren to anyone looking to sell their house.
