We have used JNP for the purchase of our first home, the sale of that home and the purchase of our second home. JNP know there homes, they know their clientele and are extremely reassuring in what can be a stressful time when moving house.
Tim is experienced and friendly. He has always made us feel like he has our best interests at heart and his sales manner is like no other.
Simon has also been great - his communication is excellent, always on the other end of the phone when we have needed him. Simon is down to earth and a great support system!
We also used JNP conveyancing on both our purchase and sale. It uses an online upload system which allows you to react to admin tasks quickly and efficiently. I very much enjoyed being able to see the progress of our purchase and sale and I believe this allowed us in both cases to progress through things very quickly. An all round great experience.
