Great estate agents.

It's the second time that I'm renting through Pedder, the first time they provided such a great service that when I had to look for another house I didn't hesitate to contact Pedder again.

Alexander found me a great new flat, the communication was great throughout the process.
Usually it's a very stressful thing, looking for a new place to live and the subsequent moving in but Alexander was great, he was always available to answer any questions showing great patience and professionalism, can't thank him enough.

I have to say that about the previous property, the management was equally impressive, whenever there was an issue with anything in the house, Nyomi was always quick to act upon any maintenance related problem.

The new flat was newly painted and was spotless, everything was ready to use immediately, fridge, oven washing machine etc.

I highly recommend this team of very professional people.
