5 star experience buying a house with Hannells branch mickleover, Derby. Eve was thorough, organised and on the ball every day making sure we were able to sign for our dream home we had so wanted!! We had originally brought a house through a different estate agents that ended up falling through. So the thought of going through the process again was quite daunting. However Eve went above and beyond and met all our needs and more. Paper work was all done in record time may I add! She was absolutely fantastic every step of the way, every email, every phone call she reassured us and explained the process daily which made us trust that this house move was really happening!!
