I had previously sold my property through Mark Antony Estates back in 2016 and I found the staff to be friendly, and knowledgeable. The property was sold for the full asking price and was sold very quickly as well.
This year, I was looking to purchase a three bedroom semi-detatched house in Warrington, Cheshire, and I saw a property for sale with yourselves and I knew from the outset that everything would run smoothly due to my dealings with yourselves when I sold my property previously.
I made contact with the agency and an appointment was arranged for me to have a viewing which was conducted by an estate agent employee. As soon as I requested a viewing, the appointment was made very quickly and I went to look at the property soon after. When I went to look at the property, the estate agent was friendly and she was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the property and could therefore answer every question that I had about the house.
Once I had been to see the house, I immediately put an offer in and this was accepted and over the following months, I asked to go back to the house to have another look and I had a further three viewings; to show other family members who had not yet seen it and also to measure up for when I was buying furniture. Each time I requested another viewing, this was arranged promptly and as always, I was seen by an estate agent employee who was friendly and had the knowledge to answer any further queries that I had.
During the sales process, there were occasions in which there were certain queries I had for the current owners, and requests for the owners to act upon; an example being for them to have building regulations approved for work that they had had done on their roof. In all these instances, I contacted the branch with my queries, and the staff members contacted the owners very quickly and these issues were always dealt with/resolved and they were all resolved in no time at all. I found that the process whereby the staff liaised with myself and the vendors went very smoothly every time.
I would recommend anybody to use Mark Antony Estates to sell a home as my experience is that they gave great customer service, keeping me informed every step of the way during the process.
With regards to buying a property, the agency always have a great selection of properties available and if someone saw one that was suitable for them, I would say that dealing with this agency is a great experience as they are friendly, very knowledgeable and they have the highest standard of professionalism.
I can't thank Katie Leeman and her team enough for the huge amount of time and effort they have put into making my house purchase, a stress free, smooth experience.
