Had the pleasure of dealing with Andrea McGregor, Rawtenstall branch. Andrea is an absolute credit to the company, a sales advisor who listened to my needs, was professional and had a very friendly/caring side (which is exceptional in this area of work) - I can highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her services again. If I could give her more stars I would!

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could improve their communications. Stop saying they will call back when they don't. Staff were telling me things that were clearly not true.
