From the initial valuation of my property’s rental value, to the day that the house was sold (using Northwood) the service has been extremely professional. Jon and his team did a wonderful job keeping me informed as needs be, but also there would be times where I almost forgot about the house, which is testament to how hassle free they made the whole experience. If ever I were in the position where I was looking to rent a property again, i would use Northwood again without hesitation.

Hi Sam, A shamefully overdue follow up to thank you for your review and for your wonderful comments. It was a pleasure to be entrusted with looking after your property all those years ago and the years since and on a personal note, I would like to thank you for the excellent and good-humoured nature of our dealings since day one. It was a wonderful end to this particular chapter that the long-term occupier was able to buy the house that has been her home for 7 years or so. Thank you for your support. All tenants are expected to look after a property in accordance with the terms of their tenancy contract and to hand it back at the end of their tenancy in the condition they received it in, subject to fair wear and tear. The vast majority of tenants do just this but unfortunately some don’t.
