They make every excuse up in the world to get money from their tenants, firstly dani said the property was £410 a week, and as soon as I liked the property and signed the tenancy agreement it went up to £464 conveniently. They said they’d charge me for wet wipes in pipes which wasn’t anything to do with me considering I don’t use them. And their tenants smoke weed in the property, which they never bothered about, I could smell it in my room 247 and they couldn’t care less, they only get in touch when they want money. Their properties are falling apart, they look nice on the outside but looking further into the cosmetics they’re flimsy and cheaply made.
There’s also rats and mice in every one of their properties and they do NOTHING about it, had them in my bathroom as well running over my feet, absolutely disgusting. They don’t block off the toilets, the maintenance guys came in and didn’t do anything. Every time, they just had a look and that was it. They’ll charge you for absolutely anything. Also they’re SO RUDE, you go into the office there’s no hello or welcome! They’ll stare at you, or look at each other and smirk. They’re pathetic, especially considering I’ve paid over £4,000 to stay there.
Unannounced visits every day, they’ll unlock your door and go in your room when you’re not in. I was in the shower and maintenance guys came into my bathroom. You’ll also receive emails from them every single day and they’ll be viewings in your room every day. Also employees called called Judith,Karen and dani, they smirk a lot and slag their tenants off. As jealous bitchy women do. So unprofessional it’s unbelievable.
I WARN ANYONE WANTING TO GO WITH UNITY LETS TO NOT! they’re scammers, horrible, vile customer service. No smile, no help. Can’t even put into words what a mistake it was going with them, there’s way to much to say about them, they’re just the devils. Friendly at the beginning until they get your money, then they don’t care! Don’t go with them. Never never again! Ps whoever the next tenant is be aware of mice in your room!!!! There’s loads and unity let’s do nothing about it!
