Absolute shambles. No assessment of suitability of the tenant and Countrywide caused endless problems. A total disaster. Had to give one star as no option to give minus 5.

The complete lack of full management of our property from the is company is outstanding, never did I think a lettings agency could be so incompetent. They take the fee (plus extra fees that I struggled to get back) but do not provide the service. ...

They are absolutely awful- we have had two instances of tenants not paying rent, having to take them to court- the worst thing is the agency just does not reply to emails or phone calls... we are compleetly at their mercy as we're in Australia.... ...
