We have had bad experiences of agents in the past, so it was a pleasure to deal with an agents' office where we felt everyone knew who we were, and even though they were acting for the buyer, took an interest in making sure we were looked after. Our calls were always returned, and by and large our queries were answered promptly. Apart from the obligatory sabre rattling towards the end (if you don't exchange soon we've got another client who wants to pay more etc - seems to be a legal requirement of being an estate agent :-) ) we felt we had developed a positive relationship with everyone in the office. Thanks for looking after us!
