I cannot praise the Country Properties team in Hitchin highly enough. The sale of my property had many ups and downs and therefore posed problems, but they were always positive and proactive. I felt I built up a very good working relationship with them, particularly with Jan Howard and Phil Powell, who were always 100% professional besides having a personal touch. The team dealt with my phone calls with courtesy, and were always very prompt at returning my calls.
