Avoid at all costs. Moved into an apartment that had urine stained bedding and mattress that the landlord won't replace (after 30 emails/calls back and fourth they agreed to a steam cleaning of the mattress), faeces left in the toilet, fixtures falling off, dirt everywhere having apparently been professionally cleaned, filthy walls, a strong curry odour throughout the kitchen/living room that won't go away, a sliding window/door that was broken for 2 weeks and wouldn't close, not being given a hot water card and going without hot water for 2 days, not even an apology but that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Paid 6 months rent upfront as I didn't have a guarantor, Shahid Miah the agent I was dealing verbally said I would be able to pay monthly thereafter even though the contract stated another 6 months would have to be paid 4 months into my tenancy? He was particularly useless after I had paid nearly £10,000 upfront his job was done.

4 months in I get emailed demands to pay the 6 months right away, I tried to negotiate monthly payments via email, the absolutely useless Senior Credit Controller called Daniel Gregory replies once a week saying he'll see what he can do (promising a reply within 24 hours), and then wait a week to be told its not possible to add an addendum (why does it take a week to do so? Why say I can pay monthly initially then use the time your delayed email takes to serve me an eviction notice). The next thing I know I get a Section 21 Termination letter saying i'm being evicted. A few days later I get emails saying they want prospective tenants to view the apartment within 24 hours as I'm moving out. Then phone calls asking me to pay the remaining balance?! I PAID 6 MONTHS UPFRONT AND I'M 4 MONTHS IN WHAT REMAINING BALANCE?

Anyway I'll be moving out soon and i'm sure they are chomping at the bit to scam deductions out the deposit and I will post updates.
