My sister and I would just like to say a massive thank you to Vanessa at Bright Fox for making our recent move into our new property so effortless. She was always on hand to help if we needed any help prior to the move with paperwork etc., and continues to support us now that we are all moved in. She is quick to get fixed any problems that we may have and if they can't be fixed straight away continues to chase until they are. We feel so lucky to have found a letting agent that is always on hand, approachable, friendly and puts her tenants first.
