Sue Farnan's help and advice has been invaluable to us as first time landlords. When we decided some years ago to convert the space above our Social Club into flats, Sue helped us with advice on the best configuration for the flats to maximise rental potential. She also advised us on the best fit out and and what sort of rental figures we could expect.
When the flats were ready Sue was extremely efficient in finding tenants and handling all aspects of the letting process. She guided us through all the steps necessary and obtained very reasonable rents for all three flats with very good, well behaved, tenants.
We are very pleased with the service we have received from Michael Richard,s through Sue, and would not hesitate to recommend Michael Richards to any prospective Landlord or Tenant. Thank you for your help.

Comments above are wholly echoed by my experience dealing with this company. They are rude beyond belief, I have been called a liar and spoken down to on the phone, when dealing via email it takes days for responses which are incomplete (they literally ignore half the questions posed) and yet they then expect responses back immediately. We had an ongoing saga for some basic works, had inflated bills, inaccurate invoices, emails addressed to wrong people, unnecessary signs popping up in communal ...
