My experience, as a vendor, with Pedder has been nothing other than excellent.

During the inevitably stressful experience of property transactions, David and Jake have been in regular contact to help me through the process by providing valuable advice and offering their experience.

Whilst the property was on the market they provided regular updates and feedback from viewings. Since then, they have been in regular contact with all parties (including solicitors) doing everything they can to ensure the process to exchange of contracts is as smooth as possible.

In addition they have been willing to provide their advice and experience on my own, entirely unrelated, purchase and this has been invaluable in my decision making.

I cannot fault their service.
