Having just rented a flat through De Vere Letting Bureau in Barnet has restored by faith in human nature. Having previously dealt with both Andrews and Hamilton Chase in Barnet how refreshing to have dealt with a professional company who put customer service and satisfaction first rather than having agreed the let ignore all subsequent requests for even minor issues such as a leaking tap or door entry not working.

I was cautious about renting through this agency after reading poor reviews. However it seems they are for a similarly named company in East London.
I dealt with Paul Alexandrou throughout my tenancy and from the start, he was friendly and helpful.

I think the fees are standard. While it's nice not to pay any fees, you will probably have to pay through higher rent, perhaps.
