If there is a zero star, I would give mint homes. The most dishonest andd unworthy agents I've seen. Liars. Don't even bother using them they are no good. I tried to use them but I later discovered that they were up to no good. Some would say I was lucky but the damage had already be done. I was looking to rent an apartment from them. I was eager. However, they were stringing me along. I wasted my time giving answers to questions they already knew. They alwaays replied me at the close of business hours so when I reply, they would say that they are no available till the next day. They used that tactics on me and then later told me the house had been giving to someone else. They lied about their address as well. They don't have principles. Poor ethics, under hand practices and not trustworthy. If you are a landlord and you use them, ask your self, is money important to me or my relationship with people? I didn't rent an apartment with them however, I spent time waiting for responses that were planned. I spent money travelling to kendal and telephone calls just to get them to reply to my email.
If you know what is good for you, run and don't look back. I know some of you stubborn heads will still use them but don't say the reeviiews here didn't warn you. Avoid them like the great depression.

I have been sent an email but your company saying you wouldn't do business with me which is fine.
However , I understand that you that you are being thorough but why don't you say that rather than reply me either at thee close of business hours or towards the close of business hours? You can check the emails your colleagues sent to me.
Your colleagues asked for references and I provided them you did not contact them instead, you gave me reasons why it won't be accepted.
On two occasions, I gave you 2 different references regarding my application for the green coats yard. You said because I just started at sainsburys I will need a new one. I provided a reference for my self employed job as a marketing consultant for specsavers but you did not contact them to actually see if I can pay the rent. Instead your reply was someone has taken the house. I also replied saying that when I resume work,, I could provide my employers email so you can contact them but I did not receive a reply. If you weren't replying me on time then clearly, you were more interested in other tenants. I understand that you are being busy this time of the year but isn't customer service all about understanding your tenants or people who want to rent from you? Do you realise the resources and time I've spent trying to get a hold of your colleagues? I've called numerous times, I've sent emails and I've been psychologically worked up because my contract for my house was due and I needed a place as soon as possible but you did not inform me of your actions in being thorough.
Your lack of empathy to actually listen to your clients and resolve issues prove to me that you only care about your landlords not the people who rent the houses you advertise. If I were your company, I would contact everyone who gave me a bad review and try to make everything right and then plead with them if they could give a second review.
However, you have chosen not to do business with people who criticise your practice. I'm serious about renting but you are not serious about getting the right tenant. I would like to give you a benefit of a doubt and do business with you and i might give you a positive review afterwards but if your pride wouldn't let you to consider where I'm coming from then you deserve every bad review you get. I have just noticed greencoats yard is up on rightmove again. If you had waited for me to get my references, I would probably be there by now. Nonetheless, it is never late. I am really interested in that property. If you are willing to consider myy application then I would acknowledge your efforts in trying to resolve my query.
I've got the money to pay for the deposit and rent. I'm willing to give your company a benefit of a doubt. However, if you don't want to it is fine but remember, Reviews are there to stay. They can make or hurt your business. I'm looking forward to doing business with you. I'm ready to put my pride aside and do business. If you can't they its up to you.
