Emma managed a difficult process very well - with six months of delays on planned completion date Emma was extremely responsive, usually being able to provide updates within a few hours, and remained friendly and engaged throughout. Whilst being caught in the middle without much information at various points, it was clear she did everything she could to help my situation and was representing me as the buyer just as much as the developer as the seller. All the help was very much appreciated.
