Terrible experience both with property and staff.
Property was not in appropriate condition when I moved in (most flaws e.g. damp, broken cupboards, half finished paint, half finished floorboards had been hidden by furniture at viewing). Property had to be re-cleaned twice after I moved in and not all keys were present on my move in day. Landlord had lived there previously and left large white goods which I was told would be removed - I was then told by the office these items were 'gifted' and if I did not want them I would have to make my own arrangements to get rid of them, despite being told they would not be there when I agreed to rent the property. I was told by the agents that the property was quiet (I specifically asked this at viewing) and was lied to about this, including one neighbour being noisy enough that I had to submit a complaint to the council.
Numerous maintenance issues some of which the landlord refused to fix (including rotting wood) and others which took over a month to fix (including not being able to use one bedroom because the door wouldn't open fully and not being able to close the bathroom door).
When I spoke to office staff about maintenance issues they were very blase, including telling me that my father should fix the issues for me because 'that's what dads are for'.
In relation to moving out viewings were booked without fully informing me - told me there was one viewing when it was an hour block booking. Sent me a 'reminder' text about viewings that afternoon without ever sending me the original information.
Post viewings agents were complaining about the pets that I had in the property (as agreed in my contract) and telling me that I should not be having my heating on (bills were not included in rent).
On move out day despite being sent a letter telling me that I needed to be at the property at a specific time staff did not turn up or contact to say they would be late. When called they were again very blase and said I didn't need to be there, despite sending a letter saying I did, and me subsequently booking the morning off work. I was told they would call when they left the office (as could not give me a time when they would arrive) but never received a call they just turned up over an hour late.
Staff also spoke in a rude manner both to me and my mother on the phone, including hanging up on me when I told them that I would not permit them to enter the property as they had not given me 24 hours notice.
