I have given 1 star as I am unable to give less. Throughout the sale Hannells has only acted in the interest of the buyers, who have also sold their property through Hannels, a conflict of interest as they are due two commissions. They have done no negotiating on my behalf, just bullying for what the buyer wants. I am basically being left homeless because of threats to pull out of the sale if I don't agree to the buyers completion date. I have had so many sleepless nights because of Hannels constant harassment on the buyers behalf, and have become ill on several occasions.

As Branch Manager, I am deeply concerned by such a negative review. I am also somewhat surprised by it Tracey, as I have been speaking with you on a regular basis to offer help, advice and a friendly ear over the past two weeks to ensure that what has unfortunately been a very lengthy and difficult process for all parties concerned, remains as calm and stress free as possible. I would however like to respond to the remarks regarding "a conflict of interest". It is certainly common place for Hannells to manage multiple sales within a chain as we quite simply sell the most properties in the Derby area. We are fully committed to each and every client within that chain and we value our Vendors and indeed our purchasers very highly, but most importantly equally. We have a dedicated Sales Progression team to oversee the process, but we have a limited capacity regarding the legal Conveyancing. We also have no control over who a client chooses to act for them. We are sorry that you felt the need to post such a review but be assured of mine and Hannells commitment to you and all involved to reach a long overdue conclusion.
