We are experienced landlords , who use local agencies. We gave Hannells Lettings a try. Initially, when setting up a tenancy they seem efficient enough, however, when it comes to handling tenant changes or renewals.....etc.....their administration skills are worse than useless, they make basic errors and even when you have switched back to a more efficient agent, they still contact your tenants months later to try and do property inspections , because their administration team cannot seem to keep a database up to date and keep track of which properties they are managing , even when they have clearly been told in writing that they have been terminated as letting agents. If you are a landlord considering changing to Hannells Lettings, a word of advice.....don't !
