A tenant with WeLetProperties for three years, and we would definitely use them again. Maintenance problems sorted out quickly without exception, and always happy to accommodate our needs/respect our use of the flat when access was required. We wanted to be there for our check out inventory, and in order to accommodate our schedule despite having a packed schedule, they sent out a very senior member of staff so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. Unlike other letting agents we have used in the past, the check out inventory was not used like a revenue generating exercise either - polite, friendly and honest. Would highly recommend the WeLetProperties team in Manchester, and we will definitely look to use them again on our next move.
