We recently instructed Hus Estate Agents Truro to put our house on the market and have unfortunately felt very let down and disappointed by the service we received. Communication and customer service skills were poor and the brochure lacked attention to detail especially on the pictures and description. When we approached the agent to address the issues, the manner and language used by the MD towards ourselves was both upsetting and unprofessional. We have since withdrawn and gone with another agent.
