David from Davis Tate went above and beyond for us to get this house. It really was an amazing service that was provided.
We were going through the Help to buy scheme and it has been the biggest hassle with some of the most nail biting moment we've ever had. Luckily David was on our side, He helped us chase people (Solicitor and Mortgage broker) when they just seemed impossible to contact. Helped us In his own time as we could only view the house on the weekends and if we had any questions about the house he would just pop down there and just check for us.
David would always make time and always phone back if we missed him. he was always willing to listen to any concerns and ask around to see if we could resolve these issues.
Honestly David Wrigley was the only good part of this whole process, happy, friendly, just wanting to provide a good honest service that wont pressure you into buying, just a genuinely nice person
