one gets the impression that they want to get from you as much money as possible for small, cheap jobs

They managed my flat very well for years but since 2019 the service has been very bad with no response to emails, lack of clear direction to tenants, all they cared about was securing their commission.

These are agents are great. They really know what they are talking about and helped me step by step through the sales process. Alex is especially tall and handsome whilst Robert is just tall but makes up for it with his mysteriousness. I love them....
