We recently asked Duckworths to manage a rental property for us. We had used another agent for the past 3 years and when the last tenant moved out they began to market the property for us. Six months on, having had only 3 viewings, we were still no nearer getting a new tenant. When I met Natalie and Alan at the property they explained clearly how Duckworths handled fully managed properties. Natalie had her camera with her and took the photographs before leaving. The property was available online that afternoon. They soon had several viewing appointments and within only 2 weeks we had a tenant application. Duckworths are very pro active in all aspects and have kept us informed of progress with the application. Our new tenants are due to move in this weekend. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. Very professional and happy to advise on any queries or worries. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
