Do not use this Company, fineholms means rubbish tips. I took my daughter up to her so called new flat last year, as an inexperienced tenant and mother. My daughter is a student in Glasgow., I spent 3 days cleaning the dirty flat , boys underpants etc etc underneath the beds and I cannot state the other stuff it was disgusting. My daughter vacated at the end of June 2019 and since coming home in July has advised me she will lose £154.00 for cleaning services. Finehome just stated that if they don't have the (photo evidence) that the place was dirty they cannot accept my word, therefore stating I am a liar. I got fed up with the answers Zoe gave me and so patronising I swore at her and stated that Fineholms are just robbing people of their deposits even though my daughter left the flat clean. This Company obviously has the monopoly on a lot of student flats? They are picking on young naive people. I will be up in Glasgow in November can't wait to pop in and see them to discuss this further. I am too far away to just pop in and give them my thoughts. I live in Dorset.........DO NOT USE (BEWARE)
