We recently purchased our first home through Emma and Pedder, and she was a real pleasure to work with and made the whole ordeal of purchasing an easy one!
Emma's incredibly friendly and professional. She's got a great understanding of the process and importantly will go above and beyond for you if within her power - she even gave us a lift home one night after already going out of her way to let us view the property to take some measurements!
There was a couple of unforeseen delays throughout the build process (expected with new builds), and Emma was always quick to keep us informed and managed our expectations well on the whole - I know she was getting lots of mixed messages from the developer who were overly optimistic with completion dates so she wasn't always able to provide the answer we wanted, but that wasn't her fault.
We didn't have many dealings with Nicole other than one viewing, but she was really friendly and professional as well.
Overall would highly recommend Emma, her team and Pedder!
