I apologise that you felt I was rude. As explained on the telephone to you, the properly had been incorrectly advertised as either furnished or unfurnished. The property should have been advertised as unfurnished.
The landlord has been a client of C James for several decades so as I explained to you, I know he would have said no to furnishing the property again, even for a slightly more rent. In a slow market he may have been prepared to go to the trouble of re-furnishing the property, however, as I explained to you, we have numerous people booked to view this property who wanted an unfurnished property.
The landlord would choose a potential tenant who wanted the property as seen, rather than one who wanted the property furnished... bearing in mind you would not have see the furniture, which then may have become an issue if it was not to your taste etc etc.
I wish you well and hope you find a property.
