There organising and accomadation during the sign up process was fine, but there were a couple of terms in the contract which I questioned on additional fees for renewal, they told me they were not relevant and they were just the standard contract, and specifically there would be no additional fees for the contract renewal....guess what they lied sorry but if you want confirmation from these guys I'd suggest you makes sure you get it in writing

What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop sending me emails when I ask you to. Don't send emails to me that are addressed to some other person(!). Don't keep calling me, particularly after I have asked you not to. Don't pass my personal details on to other companies without my permission.

-Be transparent on fees, don't offer a discount to sign earlier when it's obviously not worth it for the tenant -Don't spam and provide ways to unsubscribe to SMS (I'm sure this is not entirely legal)
