It was definitely third time lucky when we put our house on the market with Lawlers. We had very poor experiences with the previous two estate agents and although Lawlers were slightly outside our area, they were fantastic. We immediately received viewings, but after the initial rush, the viewings continued. The main reason we switched was the lack of viewings, with no explanation as to why from the previous agents, so it was a complete relief to find a company that took a genuine interest and did everything they could to find likely buyers. Angela, and then Hilary, were really pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process; always returning calls promptly and bending over backwards to sort out the various issues that inevitably crop up.
I was so pleased with Lawlers that I recommended them to a friend who subsequently moved to them - they sold her house successfully for her too!

Unfortunately some vendors only wish purchasers who are on the market to view - especially if they have had a high level of viewers who can't proceed instantly previously. As discussed with yourself after seeing this review we do make every effort to accommodate viewings but we are obliged to take our clients instructions (as confirmed we did discuss with the vendor again after your initial phone call).
