Professional and proactive throughout from the initial visit to take sales instructions through to progress chasing the sale and final completion. Whilst not the most complicated of sales, it had it ups/downs and frustrations with the loss of two lots of buyers at the bottom of the chain. The key to final success lay with their timely communication of issues/progress whilst still remaining cheerful and proactive in their marketing. On the odd occasion I had to contact them, they were very quick to respond and obtain the answers I needed.
