We have been really impressed by the Bradleys team. They have provided an excellent service and been professional throughout. All members of staff have been helpful, friendly and kept us informed at every step. Moving house is definitely stressful, but knowing that we are in safe and knowledgeable hands has made it easier.
We have been introduced to other services through Bradleys, such as conveyancing and mortgage advice and these services have been equally professional and made the process so much easier.
We would definitely recommend Bradleys and use them again, should we ever need to.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
