We have let out our property through Countrywide Lettings since late 2008 in Bicester. In this time we have had 2 tenants and they do find good quality and relaible tennats. We manage the property ourselves on a day to day basis but at contract renewal time they organise for suppliers to do gas & boiler checks.
I am very happy with their service and Daniel McCarthy is always professional and quick to come back to you on any query.
