After reading the poor reviews not only on the Broadstairs branch but all Miles and Barr branches, i am glad to see that its not just us that recieved such bad service, lies, unprofessionalism, poor communication and bad attitudes from this company.
I would not recommend using this company at all, with their high fees, lack of compassion for the vendor and purely only out to get their money with far too many incompetent staff twiddling their thumbs in the office, not passing messages on, making inaccurate notes on feedback and actually lying about feedback when it hasnt even been given as yet simply just to benefit themselves.
They tie you in with a sole agent contract and then close to that expiring, try to get you to reduce the price of your property, spinning a load of bull as to why it should be reduced despite not even drawing in many viewings and none of the feedback relating to the cost of the property.
The sales agent will value the property and say that its their aim is to get the vendor as much money as possible for the property but really their all about the sale in that time span and will do and say what they need to to get it, dont be fooled!!!
