I am a landlord and with Hart for more than a year. it is the worst agency i have opted. for the fully manage, they never give you the reason for the charges and just take out. landlord need to struggle to find out the reason for charges.
also, their terms and conditions are so bad that, landlords will be frustrated to sell the property to get rid of this agency.
IF ANY LANDLORD KEEP THEIR PROPERTY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.
I DONT KNOW THE PAIN OF TENANTS TERMS WITH AGENCY.

Good Estate Agents depending on who you deal with. Did not experience a good service at the start of buying my house, but this was quickly resolved and the service after this was extremely efficient and helpful....
