As first-time landlords, we met with a number of prospective agencies in the area. Williams Lynch Bermondsey St stood out from the crowd, and we signed up with them in May 2019. We initially worked with Ben Appleby, Onal Hassan and Dene Mockford to list our property and lock in a tenant. Adriana Rosiejka was key in the administrative and coordination activities to bring in those tenants and agree contracts. Catherine Close and Michael Cua are now our primary contacts for the ongoing monthly management of our property. During each of these stages, all of the team at Williams Lynch have been professional, courteous, and frank about the process. They are endlessly patient with our numerous questions given our lack of experience in this field. Catherine and Michael have particularly stood out during the ongoing management and, since we have now moved abroad, we are relieved that we can be as hands-off as we had hoped to be, knowing that our property is in reliable hands.

Complaints Procedure
Please put any complaint in writing, including as much details as possible. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
What will happen next?
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the department manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
If, at this stage, you are not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
