I have been with 4 letting agents during past 5 years, and Gallant Richardson is definately the best one. It privide nice and friendly service and has strong sense of responsibility for tenant. When I started renting the property, Gallant Richardson showed their profession by arranging activity in a clear way, and privided well-ordered printed document as moving-in guidlines. They also confirmed inventary with my witness and kindly reminded the pros and cons of the property, which helped a lot. When I moved out, I got a detail move-out report and my deposit fully refunded. I really engoy having such a nice agent. Highly recomend!
