Sold a flat with VE in July 2019, the team were great, always available and were proactive in giving frequent updates.
The value for us really came through once we had an offer. The team really know how to drive the process through delays and hiccups with a pragmatic and common sense approach.
By comparing to the experience friends have had with online agents or other brands, this was clearly a differentiating factor for us we benefitted from.
Would definitely use them again.
