Having sold a house very recently through Mark Antony Estates, I unexpectedly found myself in the position of having a second house to sell, which was also subject to Probate. From the way my previous sale was handled, I had no hesitation in contacting Mark Antony Estates again and arranging for Sandra to value the property, which she did with her usual professionalism and enthusiasm.
The property was subsequently marketed and Laura took time to make sure we were happy with everything prior to the advertisement being publicised.
The marketing resulted in the property receiving a lot of interest straight away, leading to several offers above the asking price, and at this stage, Jenny's assistance was invaluable in finding out the background information we needed in order for us to decide which offer to accept.
Having found our buyer, Katie, once again took the lead as Sales Progressor, and, as previously, she was excellent in her role. Communication between all parties is key to making the sales process as stress free as possible and Katie works tirelessly to ensure that everyone is kept informed and updated every step of the way.
My experiences with Mark Antony Estates have given me absolute confidence in their ability to look after you during the sales process and I would recommend them unreservedly.
